Trinidadian designer, and Project Runway (Season 9) winner, Anya Ayoung-Chee has partnered with cause-funding retailer Able Made in a bid to support the work of the Tallman Foundation; a charity founded by Anya and her mother, Michele Jodhan-Ayoung Chee.
A 100%-silk scarf, The Warrior Scarf, is up for grabs exclusively on Able Made’s website, with 20% of the proceeds dedicated to funding the Tallman Foundation. Inspired by the ‘Jumping Masai‘ illustration by Singaporean artist Anwar Rafiee, Anya says: “As soon as I saw the Masai warrior, I knew I wanted to use it for one of my designs, because she exudes an energy and vibe that I love to show through my clothes.”
The Warrior Scarf is expected to be available for shipping in ‘early April’, and for US $60.00 you can pre-order your very own by clicking here.
